I first discovered yoga and pilates around five years ago, when I went to Michelle’s old Coolangatta studio.  I was instantly hooked and Essence has been like a second home ever since.

The challenges and rewards of yoga and pilates made me feel better than I ever had before and the internal and external benefits quickly transformed my life.

Pilates is naturally my strong suit as I was a ballet dancer for many years and I am very excited to have completed my Pilates Teacher Training.  I have a great appreciation for pilates technique and enjoy an energetic class with integrity and fluidity.

My passion for pilates continues to grow and my whole life is now based on a holistic approach to health and fitness.  I am currently studying Naturopathy and look forward to helping others foster a healthy and vital life.
