Essence of Living offer Yoga, Pilates, and Thai Massage Private or Semi Private Sessions.
We can facilitate these sessions either in the comfort of your home, or at the Essence of Living studio in Mermaid Beach.
- 1hour private with Essence of Living teacher: $85
- 1hour private training with Michelle Merrifield: $110
We are flexible with days and times and ensure that you will feel fantastic after a session with any one of our team members.
