12511805_10153893581114533_567106337_nIn such a short amount of time, Yoga has come in to my life and changed every aspect of who I am. Physically and mentally, I am stronger, healthier and happier. My goal is to help everyone else feel as good as I do.

In 2013 I started practicing Yoga purely for the physical benefits. Soon after (and during my Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training at Essence of Living in 2015), I have realised, and felt, that Yoga is a complete lifestyle and has so much more to offer and I cannot wait to see how much more I can learn and grow as I’ve seen such huge changes to myself and my outlook on life in such a brief period of time.

Off the mat, I try and live waste free and consume products and foods that are natural and organic as the environment is something that I also dedicate my life to preserving and nurturing as it also nurtures me. I spend my free time surrounding myself in mother natures beautiful oceans and walking through nature. I one day hope to be a crazy dog lady living by the ocean and eating from my own land.

I personally like a strong and challenging practice but teach Vinyasa classes suitable for all ages and levels. I also love teach Kids, Restorative and Yin classes. I am experienced in providing classes for those with injuries or special requirements.
