I’ve always been an active person and loved being out in nature. From early childhood I would spend any moment, hiking with my dogs or down at the beach.
I still remember my first few classes, lying in Savasana and that blissful feeling as energy moved through my body. It was there that I knew I was hooked and my journey began.
I feel honored to have been able to deepen my knowledge with Michelle’s guidance during my Yoga Level 1, Pilates Level 1 & 2 Teacher Training.
I believe in making the most out of life and a positive difference in the world. I love to travel to remote areas and volunteer for local environmental groups such as whale shark research in Mozambique or be deep in the Heart of Borneo.
Pilates & Yoga are my passions and I am truly blessed to be able to teach to such an amazing group of individuals.
I look forward to seeing you get sweaty on the mat!
