Mel’s energy is contagious! She has always been an active and positive person whose passion for health and fitness is evident in her wholesome and enthusiastic approach to everything she does. Starting her career with a Journalism Degree and a Diploma in Business and Marketing, she found sitting at an office desk left her feeling unfulfilled and eager to be more physically active in work and to use her energy to motivate and inspire others in achieving their health goals.

After completing her personal training qualifications 6 years ago, she has worked in gym facilities, outdoor boot camps and found her passion and strengths in a multidisciplinary clinic in the UK working alongside sports rehabilitation specialists and therapists. She decided to pursue her interest in rehabilitation by studying clinical Pilates in both floor and equipment and found Pilates to offer so much more.

With Mel’s education and experiences, you are given the guidance in her classes to achieve your full potential. Offering mind and body focus, core strength and determination with laughter and enjoyment, leaving you feeling energised, fulfilled and inspired.
