We are proud to be apart of All Saints Anglican School Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Movement (Prep-Year 3). Our intention is to instil life long skills to be able to move, breathe & be present with kindness & awareness in our bodies, minds & hearts.

Frequently asked questions

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before each session starts
  • All sessions are 1hr, except Wednesday 1030am Slow Pilates 45min
  • Bring your own yoga mat
  • Outdoor classes bring a waterproof picnic rug or towel for under your mat
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Beginners are welcome
  • For outdoor venues, in the case of rain, sessions will be cancelled
  • No sessions on Public Holidays
